What counts as an API call?
Each request your app makes to an external API through Helixio—inbound or outbound. Failed calls? Yep, those count too. (We don't penalize you for bad integrations, but we do count them so you know what's happening.) You get detailed breakdowns in your dashboard, so there's no guessing.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Absolutely. Switch anytime. We'll prorate your billing—charge you for what you've used on your old plan, then start the new plan on the next billing cycle. No arguments, no weird gotchas. Simple math.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yeah, we do. Pay yearly and you'll save about 2 months' worth. It's not a massive discount because we think our pricing is already fair—but it's there if you want it. And honestly? Annual plans help us plan better too.
